Plot:

Joe's closest friends are the models toys of his favorite scary movie monsters. When Joe ends up in the charge of his neerdowell uncle, Joe's interest draw his irritation; a public TV station is overwhelmed when the appraisal of an antique book accidentally summons a dark force.
