Plot:

Paula visits terminally ill Dee Olden,whose zest for life gives her confidence when Ian tells her he will support their baby materially but will not live with her. Mary helps Jess Madden,a surrogate mother suffering from post-natal depression by letting her have contact with the child but has to sort out her own wayward daughter. Orla Maguire is concerned that her partner Shane,an MS sufferer,has eschewed his medication for herbal remedies and a fitness regime and asks Frankie to speak to him.
