Plummer Park

Plot:

Two people are kidnapped from homes, rather clumsily, for ransom from rich Moscow relatives. The team identifies the culprits but has endless trouble with victims/witnesses, as the latest couple are Russian spies, which even their daughter ignored, and she'll do anything to avoid deportation when her parents are exchanged to Moscow.
