Plot:

Top Chef travels to the Carolinas with 15 chefs. At Charlotte Motor Speedway, they meet hosts and NASCAR legends Jimmie Johnson and Kyle Busch for a timed cooking challenge. Then they create sweet potato dishes honoring their roots.
