Plot:

Atlanta Police Lt. Doug Overstreet is a devoted husband, father, and policeman. So when his bullet-riddled body turns up naked and floating in the murky waters of South Carolina's Lake Thurmond, officers across three jurisdictions are left dumbfounded.
