Atlantica Day/A Winner's Spirit

Plot:

Ariel is given the chance to write a new song to celebrate Atlantica and all of its special inhabitants; Ariel goes too far in trying to help Flounder win the All-Atlantica Swim Race and learns an important lesson about letting your friends go at their own pace.
