Plot:

When Carly bans T-Bo from the loft, he retaliates by not letting Carly into the Groovy Smoothie to lift her ban, he challenges her to spend the night in the benson's apartment and both of their bans are lifted. Meanwhile, Freddie and Gibby discover being in a band has many perks... and a few drawbacks.
