Plot:

Chandler seems overwhelmed and makes more mistakes including dropping a guest on the ground. A frazzled Caroline drops a champagne glass and one of the children cuts their foot on the broken glass. Captain Lee pronounces the charter 'horrendous' and prepares to make changes.
