Plot:

Macy and Peter, while responding to a call, come across a man who was hit by a car. Macy helps him while Peter freezes. Later Macy learns that the man who they turned over to some paramedics died upon arriving at the hospital. When he goes to speak to the ER doctor, the man refuses to discuss anything with Macy. He later discovers that several other accident victims died upon arriving at the same hospital. Woody and Bug look into the death of a journalist.
