Bring Me the Head of the Hulk

Plot:

A mercenary arrives at the National Register to offer Jack McGee's help in pursuing the Hulk. But when it comes to light that the man's real intention is to kill the creature, he is turned down by the Register, only to be hired by rival publisher Limelight.
