Plot:

Mike gets to work with concrete even though he has sworn off playing with it. So much for past pledges. He starts off at a random bridge on a random road in Florida. One of an estimated 220,000 bridges in the country that are in critical condition. Here he gets to put on a diving suit, another task he swore off doing. But, he joins a team to reinforce the supports of this bridge in the multitude tasks necessary.
