Come Back, Winter!/Arty's Arthouse

Plot:

Jackson and Annie are coming to play in the snow with Arty! But when they discover the snow's too muddy to play in, Arty, Annie, and Jackson think their snow day is ruined! They take off to the Creative Galaxy where Captain Paper shows them how to make snow that never melts out of cotton balls and thread! Inspired, the kids head to Arty's room where they hang up their snow, make a sled out of craft sticks, and build a paper snow alien! Their snow day is saved!
