Parroting Pups/Merpups Save the Turbots

Plot:

In "Merpups Save the Turbots", a sea slug gets in the way of Cap'n Turbot and Francois' plan to take photos of magical merpups. In "Parroting Pups", Rocky loses his voice and has trouble using his pup pack.
