Plot:

Jade's temper gets her in trouble at school. The Dark Hand get a hold of the Dragon Talisman. Valmont goes on a crime spree using the Talisman's power, injuring Jackie's friend, Captain Black in the process. Now Jackie starts to have problems with his temper.
