Plot:

John Oliver discusses the conditions of Afghanistan after the U.S. withdrawal. He discusses the impact of political conditions and other natural disasters which created a dire food insecurity among inhabitant of Afghanistan. Without any humanitarian aid a lot of people are taking some drastic measures, even selling own kidney to feed his daughters. He says that he understand the broad worries about sending money in Afghanistan may fell in Taliban's hand but he worries more about what will happen if nobody came forward to help the Afghans.
